About the Author

Dr. Stephen B. Seager was born in Ogden, Utah but spent most of his childhood in Daly City, CA before headed off to the University of California at Davis where he graduated with a BA in biology. He attended Hahnemann (Drexel) Medical School in Philadelphia, PA and completed his first residency in internal medicine at the Internal Medicine Good Samaritan Hospital, Phoenix, AZ in 1977.

Dr. Seager completed a second residency in psychiatry at Martin Luther King Hospital in Los Angeles, CA and currently still practices psychiatry in St. George, Utah where he runs the psychiatric ward at the Dixie Regional Medical Center.

He currently married to his beautiful wife Mette and has three sons Brett, Stephen and Jake and one daughter, Shannon.

He is the author of four previous works which include:
